1. Summary

Surya — Sun Clock does not collect any data. The app collects, stores and transmits no personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, no tracking, no ads and no analytics or crash-reporting tools.

3. Location data

To calculate sunrise, sunset and the position of the sun, the app may access your device location — only if you grant permission. Location is processed entirely on your device. It is never sent to me, to any server or to any third party, and it is not retained for analysis. You can revoke the permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Local storage

Your settings (for example display preferences) are stored locally on the device and never leave it. Deleting the app removes them.

5. No third parties

The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties. No data is sold.

6. Children

Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Since I process no personal data about you, there is generally no data for those rights to apply to. If you have questions, reach me at the email address above.
